Properties Genie is an AI-powered tool that generates real estate listings based on property details you provide. The Service is provided "as is."

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for your account security and all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Free accounts receive 3 listing keys per month.
• Paid plans are billed monthly via PayPal.
• Keys do not roll over between billing periods.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Generated Content

• You own the listings generated by the Service.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying accuracy before publishing.
• We do not guarantee that generated content is factually accurate or free of errors.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to generate misleading listings, or to violate fair housing laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Properties Genie is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or generated content. The Service is provided without warranty of any kind.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
